The Orange County Sport & Social Club is organizing the annual "HB Charity Bowl"; a 1 weekend Coed 2 Hand Touch Football Tournament to raise money for charity during the holiday season!

All $ proceeds will be awarded to "Toys For Tots" in support of their efforts through the Holiday Season!

We have also arranged this event to be a drop point for the "OC Food Bank". Participants and spectators alike are encourager to bring Non-Perishable food contributions to all games & activities through the weekend!

The OCSSC organizes all it's activities focusing on the concepts of GREAT SPORTSMANSHIP, Safety, Involvement, and of course FUN!. Anyone can play these games independent of athletic talent since the rules are established to get EVERYONE involved in the game. There are an abundance of opportunities both on the field & at the Social events that follow (or precede). This event is for Adult participants (over 21) but participants should feel free to bring the family to cheer!

The Game:

8 vs 8 Coed 2 hand touch Football is played with 5 male & 3 female players on the field for each team. The field is 60yds x 25yds of Beach!! You get an automatic first down by crossing mid-field and can earn 1 first down on each side of mid by making 2 completions.

The Gender Rule: 1 out of every 3 plays MUST use a female as the operative player in the play! She can be the runner, the QB, or the intended receiver. She does Not have to make positive yards or make the catch - just be the key player!
